(2) Cook-At-Home Service
 
At Kim To Care, we believe life should get easier as you age. We also strongly believe in the importance of planning for fresh, delicious and nutritious meals by having a helper to cook the meals with freshly purchased vegetables & meat for your older loved one at their home is the best option which will make a big positive difference than just serving a frozen lunch/dinner meal.
 
Kim To Care's Cook-At-Home Service has more than 50 different meals for you to choose from. Service time is applied at the point our worker arrived at the nearest supermarket/shop to purchase (at the cost of the clients) raw food/vegetables/any ingredients to cook a specific meal chosen by the client at the client's servicing residence.
 
No "additional" fees are charged for cooking meals at seniors' residences
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 
(3) Grocery Shopping
 
Simple grocery shopping service (for seniors' daily life necessaries, such as food, drink, bathroom tissue, facial tissue…etc) to make your older loved one's life easier & convenient. 
 
The below conditions are all applied to Simple Grocery Shopping Service:
 
  1. The total purchase amount cannot be more than $150
  2. Our worker will not purchase medicine for the client
  3. Our workers will not compare prices among supermarkets/shops/suppliers. Our worker will only follow the client's shopping list, and go to the most nearby/convenient supermarkets/shops/suppliers to buy the specific items at the prevailing price of that specified shop/supermarket, the service time is applied at the point our worker arrived at the nearest supermarket/shop to purchase
  4. The client is required to place their shopping order/list through email 48 hours in advance with information: where to buy, what to buy & at what price/cannot be more than a specific price (if applicable)
  5. Our workers will pay for the purchased items first and a receipt will be given back to the client the same day during serving. The client must pay either <a> Cash or <b> cheque SAME DAY to our workers as reimbursement 
  6. Subsequent email/text message/WhatsApp with the supermarket invoice/receipt image will be sent to the client for their record 
  7. Delivery will be made only when there is a serving schedule to the senior's house. No special delivery will be made
