Please carefully read below IMPORTANT INFORMATION to understand & agree with your client responsibilities,
service transparency & arrangements before services application
- Be at home during our worker's visit (workers are prohibited from accepting keys to your home)
- Provide cleaning equipment in good working condition and provide necessary cleaning supplies
- Maintain a safe working environment for our workers
- Sign on a paper invoice each time after service delivered
- Not to involve our workers acting as Power of Attorney/Witness of legal documents
- To keep all pets to be confined in a separate area while services is being provided
- Lost or damaged property (e.g. wear and tear of furniture & household): Kim To Care's worker is not responsible for any client's property that is lost, stained or damaged during service delivery. Kim To Care respectfully requests that the clients need to keep all their valuable property stored and locked in a secure location
- Washing ceilings, walls or windows
- Removal of heavy draperies or blinds
- Moving of heavy furniture
- Service to other family members
- Clipping of finger and toenails
- Unfinished basement cleaning
- Polishing silver
- Fridge or oven cleaning
- Notify our office immediately if you have COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. cough, sore throat nasal congestion)
- Wear a face mask when our worker is delivering services at your house
- Are COVID-19 vaccinated
- Will be wearing appropriate and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during service delivery
- Have at least have 3 years of relevant working experience
- Passed Police background
- Will be performing MANDATORY daily COVID-19 self-screening prior to each time servicing for each individual client
- Will also be performing quick client screening prior to each time servicing for each individual client
- We always welcome our clients to use CCTV at home during our staff servicing at the client's residence
- Before entering the client's residence, we must remind our clients to put their valuable property (e.g. Cash) in the safe place
- Before leaving the client's residence, we must remind our client to check their valuable properties (e.g.Cash is in a safe place)
- Before leaving the client's residence, our staff will show our worker bag (if any) to the client that there is no taken out client's valuable properties
- Make a decision about the types of service or treatment you need
- Monitor the provision of service to you and evaluate your goal achievement and satisfaction with your service
- Release your health information to health service personnel due to your health emergency
- Keep your information on our commercial Kim To Care file
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Your name and contact information may be used for correspondence purposes solely for Kim To Care
- You may see or access your information
- You may add an addendum to your record to correct the information

Face-to-Face Home Visit
- To ensure we understand your situation & specific service request in order to mutually agree on the Care Plan
- To ensure the client’s understanding of Kim To Care’s “ IMPORTANT INFORMATION”
- To ensure the client’s home has necessary cleaning tools & general supplies or necessary condiments if meal prep is required
- Our staff will agree on a date with you to conduct a Face-to-Face Home Visit;and our staff will go through the Face-to-Face Visit Checklist with you
- Face-to-Face Home Visit Checklist below for your reference in advance
- After completing the Face-to-Face Home Checklist, our staff will agree and confirm a Care Plan with you
- A copy of a Care Plan will be sent to the client by email for record-keeping
